ClassMeme provides online educational tutoring services, including but not limited to:

Important Notice:

Our services are designed to help you learn and understand course material. We do not complete assignments, or engage in any form of academic dishonesty on your behalf. All work must be your own, and our tutors provide guidance, explanations, and support to help you succeed independently.

To use ClassMeme services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• All registration information you submit is accurate and truthful
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information
• You will use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are currently enrolled as a student or have legitimate educational purposes

When creating an account with ClassMeme, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensuring your contact information remains current

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Billing: Service fees are clearly displayed before purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of service booking or as specified in your service agreement.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Refund Policy: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service purchase and before significant tutoring time has been provided. We reserve the right to deny refund requests for services already rendered.

Late Payments: Late or failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is received. We reserve the right to charge late fees for overdue accounts.

You agree to use ClassMeme services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any academic integrity policies of your educational institution
• Request tutors to complete assignments, exams, or coursework on your behalf
• Share account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Harass, abuse, or threaten tutors or other users
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Use our services to violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our platform
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

ClassMeme is committed to supporting academic integrity.

Our tutoring services are designed to help you learn, not to complete work on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with your institution's academic integrity policies.

We explicitly prohibit:

• Submitting tutor-provided examples as your own original work
• Having tutors complete graded assignments or exams
• Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty
• Misrepresenting the nature of help received from our tutors

ClassMeme will not be held liable for any academic consequences resulting from your misuse of our tutoring services. You acknowledge that you are using our services to enhance your learning and understanding, not to circumvent academic requirements.

ClassMeme Content: All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is owned by ClassMeme or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of any materials you submit to our platform. However, by submitting content, you grant ClassMeme a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing tutoring services.

Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from our platform without our express written permission.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY TO YOU.

ClassMeme provides tutoring services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Specific academic outcomes, grades, or performance improvements
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
• That our services will meet your specific requirements
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content provided by tutors

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClassMeme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or academic opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to ClassMeme in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClassMeme, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any academic integrity violations or disciplinary actions resulting from your use of our services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will immediately cease. We are not liable for any damages resulting from account termination. You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
